Ričards Dresers’ play “Apskriet trešo”, a serious comedy in two acts, takes place at Jūrmala Theatre’s Lielā zāle in Jūrmala from 23 to 25 October 2026. It follows two sharply contrasting Little League baseball coaches: competitive Don, for whom winning matters above all, and his assistant Michael, who believes children’s wellbeing and life skills are more important. The production stars Edgars Polis and Matīss Vingris and is directed by Imants Jaunzems. The play explores the coaches’ conflicting philosophies and their search for compromise in leading the team.
