“Reiha fāze” is a chamber music event in Riga, taking place at Hanzas perons from 3 to 4 October 2026. The programme celebrates the milestone birthday of American composer Steve Reich, featuring works from various periods of his creative career. Violinist Marta Spārniņa will perform 'Violin Phase', while the Perons Quartet will give Latvia’s premiere of the string quartet ‘WTC 9/11’. Under conductor Normunds Šnē, Sinfonietta Rīga and Perons Percussion will join pianists and a vocal group to perform the monumental 'Tehillim'. Admission starts at 18:00, and latecomers won’t be admitted after the concert begins. Both seated and standing tickets available. The evening highlights Reich’s influence on contemporary minimalist music.
