Vecrīgas festivāls. Atvasara is a city festival held on 18 September 2026 at Dome Square in the heart of Riga. The event features live music, culinary delights, a local producers’ and artisans’ market, as well as activities and entertainment for both adults and children. Throughout the day, visitors can explore stalls, taste a variety of foods and drinks, join in on activities, and enjoy concerts and musical surprises. Special attention is paid to families with children, and the evening culminates in a major concert with popular Latvian musicians. At the same time, the Aldaru Street Festival adds to the festive atmosphere, inviting visitors to discover the historic streets of Old Riga. The festival offers a relaxed way to experience the city together with locals.
