“KINO /MANHATTAN SHORT filmu festivāls 2026/”
KINO /MANHATTAN SHORT filmu festivāls 2026/ is an international short film festival in Cēsis, at Koncertzāle CĒSIS, taking place from September 24 to 27, 2026. Visitors can watch ten finalist short films from around the world and participate as jury members, voting for the best film and actor. The screenings are held in English and other original languages with Latvian and Russian subtitles. The program runs for about 2 hours and 30 minutes and is recommended for ages 12 and up. This year, the main prize of the Baltic FilmTales children's and youth short film festival will also be presented, with the winning film shown before the main screening.
