The concert "LNSO, MOCARTS UN STRAVINSKIS" will take place at Rīgas Kongresu nams in Riga on 26 February 2027. The programme features pieces from various eras and moods: Takashi Yoshimatsu's poetic and melancholic "And Birds Are Still," Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Sinfonia concertante" for wind instruments, and Igor Stravinsky's suite from the ballet "The Rite of Spring." The soloists are Egils Upatnieks (oboe), Mārtiņš Circenis (clarinet), Jānis Semjonovs (bassoon), and Artūrs Šults (French horn). The concert will be conducted by Nodoka Okisawa, chief conductor of the Kyoto Symphony Orchestra.
