Liepājas vokālās studijas STARI koncerts | Siltās vēstules is a musical Christmas performance in Liepāja at Pegaza pagalms on 29 November 2026. Children come together to celebrate, but each has a different idea of what Christmas should be: one wants to sing, another to dance, while someone else would rather stay on their phone. Misunderstandings, funny adventures and unexpected surprises unfold in a story about friendship, laughter and being together. The event also launches the “Siltās vēstules” initiative. Throughout Advent, visitors can add warm words, wishes and encouragement to the participatory art installation “Silto vēstuļu siena” in Pegaza Viesistaba, supporting the “Eņģeļi pār Latviju” campaign messengers.
