The concert “Latvijas Radio bigbends | Lars Moller | Indodžezs” takes place at Rīgas Kongresu nams in Riga on 5 November 2026. Danish saxophonist, composer, conductor and big-band leader Lars Moller brings Scandinavian jazz together with Indian classical music. He performs with shehnai master Ashwani Shankar and tabla musician Zuheb Ahmed Khan. The Indo-jazz programme explores points of connection between musical traditions, combining creative rhythms, emotional melodic ragas and the atmospheric breadth of Scandinavian jazz. It also includes Lars Moller’s pieces “LarsRagaMeditation” and “RagaJazz”.
