The children's musical performance "Salātlapiņa" takes place at the White Hall of Rundāle Palace in Rundāle on 10 July 2027. Inspired by the Brothers Grimm fairy tale, the show blends story and early music performed on period instruments such as bagpipes, baroque oboe and flute, viola da gamba, and harpsichord. The event features soprano Jolanta Strikaite, singer Markus Riva, opera soloist Evija Martinsone, Latvian Radio Choir soloists, an instrumental ensemble led by Pēteris Vaickovskis, and students from dance and choir schools. Creative workshops start at 11:00, and entry to the palace garden is included in the ticket. Admission is required for children from the age of 1. Entry with umbrellas is not allowed, and garden access opens one hour before the concert.
