Ave Maria - Ziemassvētku koncerts is a classical music concert in Riga at Rīgas Svētā Pāvila baznīca, taking place from 21 to 22 December 2026. Beneath the Neo-Gothic vaults, the programme presents famous musical settings of Ave Maria alongside works by Charles Gounod, Johann Sebastian Bach, Franz Schubert and other composers. The performers are soprano Jūlija Vasiļjeva, mezzo-soprano Ilona Bagele and organist Ilona Birģele. Hundreds of flickering candles, soft lighting, the majestic sound of the organ and clear vocals shape the concert atmosphere. The musicians will perform from the balcony by the organ.
