Steiku meistarklase kopā ar MeatMe Sandiju Zandersonu un Jāni Ozolu is a culinary masterclass in Jēkabpils at Kafejnīca "Ķēķis" on 4 December 2026. The event begins at 19:00. Sandijs Zandersons, Jānis Ozols and chef Mārtiņš Lapiņš will lead an evening focused on different steak cuts from farms around the world. Guests will prepare and taste steaks, learn how to choose and cook them correctly, and hear about the flavour nuances and stories behind the cuts. The evening ends with an authentic Japanese A5 wagyu steak from the Kobe region. The participation fee includes table reservation, seven types of steak and accompaniments; refreshments and desserts are available at an additional charge. Guests wishing to sit together should purchase tickets in one transaction.
