OVeselība diennakts jauniešu nometne “Esi brīvs!” is an overnight youth camp in Birzgales pagasts from 18 to 19 October 2026. It is intended for young people aged 16 to 19 and runs from 10:00 on Sunday until 16:00 on Monday. The two-day programme covers mental health, emotional wellbeing, stress management, addiction prevention and the importance of healthy habits. Participants can join educational and creative sessions, healthy nutrition workshops, physical activities, a hike with photo orienteering, an evening of bingo and other team-building activities.
