

The black comedy play "Kaku stāsti" takes place at ULBROKAS PĒRLE culture centre in Ulbroka from 21 October to 10 November 2026. Based on the book by Ansis and Monta Klintsons, the show brings to life modern folklore stories full of wit and the vibrant energy of Latvian life. On stage, actors Jānis Kirmuška and Edgars Lipors transform into colorful characters, sharing both hilarious and deeply human tales inspired by village and city life. The play is directed by Laila Kirmuška. This spicy, entertaining comedy is suited for adults and promises plenty of sharp, taboo humor with a folkloric twist.
