The concert programme “Dziesmas, ko atceras sirds” featuring the music of Maestro Raimonds Pauls will take place at Alūksne Culture Centre on 11 October 2026. This heartfelt concert presents only Raimonds Pauls' compositions, including both well-known melodies and lesser-known yet emotionally rich pieces. The programme features opera singers Evita Teterovska and Jānis Kurševs, pianist Matīss Žilinskis, and an instrumental ensemble (bass and percussion). Listeners will hear songs and duets from various stage productions and plays, as well as melodies that have become part of Latvia's cultural heritage. The concert is a tribute by artists to Maestro Pauls in his anniversary year, offering a modern rendition with respect for the originals.
