The third lecture in the series “Par atkarībām: teorija, sekas un prevencija” is an educational event in Sigulda at the large hall of Dienas centrs “Iespēju māja” on 27 October 2026. From 18:00 to 20:00, Agris Starts will discuss what really works in addiction prevention, how to talk with a child, how to respond to experimentation or breaking rules, and how to keep a conversation open rather than causing a child to withdraw. The lecture is intended for parents and other adults involved in children’s daily care. Advance registration is required by calling Kristiāna Kaminska on 26582852. Address: Rīgas iela 1, Sigulda.
