“Lai top tautastērps. Priekšauts. | Meistarklašu cikls” is a workshop in Daugavpils at Vienības nams on 27 November 2026. Led by master craftswoman Maija Kulakova, participants will explore the process of creating a ceremonial apron, from embroidering the pattern to sewing the finished piece. Step by step, they will learn the basics of embroidery and practise assembling an apron. The workshop offers an opportunity to engage with Latvian cultural heritage and create a carefully made work by hand. Events are photographed and filmed for publicity and historical purposes.
