Krīzes mācību cikls “Būsim pazīstami”. Saruna ar ekspertiem par gatavību krīzes situācijām is an educational event in Sigulda at Turaidas muzejrezervāts on 10 October 2026 at 11:00. Civil protection and safety experts, including specialists from the State Fire and Rescue Service, will explain how to respond to different threats, distinguish reliable information from rumours, understand official civil protection notices and action algorithms, and help yourself, your family and neighbours. The programme also examines how cultural and historical sites can be protected in a crisis and what community resilience means in practice. The event includes first-hand stories, practical advice, coffee and “axe soup”. Families, friends and neighbours are welcome. Admission is free; registration is required. Practical training for prospective volunteers of the museum’s support group is planned for 17 October.
