KLĀTBŪTNE. DUBRA, PELĒCIS UN VASKS

The concert "KLĀTBŪTNE. DUBRA, PELĒCIS UN VASKS" will take place at the Great Amber Concert Hall, Great Hall, in Liepāja on 25 October 2026. Percussionist Marta Kauliņa-Pelnēna joins the "Berči" String Quartet to perform a programme that celebrates Latvian composers, including premieres and notable works by Rihards Dubra, Pēteris Vasks, Georgs Pelēcis, and Jēkabs Jančevskis. The repertoire features Dubra’s "Tauriņi vējā" and "Magnolija," Vasks’ Fifth String Quartet, Pelēcis’ "Plaukstošs jasmīns," and Jančevskis’ "Meditācija gaismai." The concert lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and is recommended for ages 7 and up. After the concert, attendees can meet the musicians informally on the second-floor gallery.
