Kinoseanss KARSTAIS RAIDLAIKS is a thriller, drama, detective and biographical film screening in Madona at the VIDZEME cinema on 25 October 2026. The film runs for 1 hour 50 minutes and is recommended for audiences aged 16 and over. It is in English with Latvian and Russian subtitles. Directed by Lance Oppenheim, it stars Robert Pattinson, Merritt Wever, Skyler Gisondo, Phoebe Bridgers, Matthew Maher and Bokeem Woodbine. The story follows the takeover of a scandalous documentary show in the United States, where criminals are lured into traps in real time. As the programme’s ratings rise, its host pursues ever bigger scandals, and the boundary between journalism and reality television begins to disappear. A shocking event raises the fundamental question of whether hunting down abusers can ethically be turned into entertainment.
