The feature film “Izdzīvošanas skola” will be shown in Jūrmala at Kauguru kultūras nams, Raiņa iela 110, on 24 October 2026. Directed by Pāvels Gumennikovs, the Latvian film runs for 1 hour and 30 minutes. It follows Eva, a rebellious teenager who sets off with her younger sister Alise on the adventure of a lifetime deep in a mysterious forest. Following the trail of legendary survival expert Tīģeris Martindeils, the sisters discover hidden wonders, overcome exciting challenges and learn about the true strength of courage, friendship and family. The film is in Latvian. Tickets are available at Kauguru kultūras nams one hour before the screening. Admission is EUR 7.00, or EUR 5.00 with a Jūrmala resident card.
