KAĶA MEMUĀRI is a solo play at Daugavpils Theatre's Main Hall on October 24, 2026. Inspired by the novel by Greek writer Lena Divani, this production is suitable for ages 14 and up. The story is told from a white cat’s perspective, focusing on her mission to domesticate her human—a writer known as Miss. The play explores their fateful meeting, creative inspiration, and the subtle rules of coexistence between cat and owner, all delivered with humor. Zanda Mankopa stars in the title role, with Māris Korsiets as director. The performance, in Latvian, lasts 1 hour 10 minutes, and takes place on the Experimental Stage (3rd floor).
