Devītais mūzikas festivāls “Barbershop day” is a music festival in Rīga at IMANTA, the Small Hall of the Pārdaugava Cultural Association Cultural Centre, on 31 October 2026 at 16:00. The festival brings together Latvian a cappella ensembles and choirs to celebrate the barbershop singing tradition and the magic of polyphony. The programme features chamber choir “Austrums”, men’s vocal ensemble “Dancis”, senior choir “Erelbe”, men’s choir “Frachori”, women’s vocal ensemble “Fortuna”, vocal ensemble “Harmonija Rīgai”, men’s quartet “Jumis”, women’s vocal ensemble “Jūti”, the Latvian Bank Choir, the mixed choir of the Riga Latvian Society, mixed choir “Sola” and the VEF Culture Palace men’s vocal ensemble.
