Ar mīlestību balsī un sirdī is a jubilee concert celebrating opera singer and vocal coach Aira Rūrāne’s 55th birthday, taking place at the Great Hall of the Latvian Academy of Music in Riga on October 2, 2026. The concert features Aira Rūrāne and her students among the performers, joined by the chamber choir “Vidus” under the artistic direction of Baiba Milzarāja and an instrumental group for a rich musical backdrop. The two-part program opens with opera arias and solo songs performed by Rūrāne’s students; the second part presents Peteris Butāns’ fiery song cycle “Love Songs” set to poetry by Fricis Bārda.
