Aivars Broks and the “Daugavpils Camerata” SBDMV chamber orchestra will perform the symphonic music concert “Melns un balts” at the V-13 Daugavpils University Concert Hall in Daugavpils on 28 September 2026. The programme focuses on contrasts—light and shadow, joy and pain—intertwined in music to reveal the full spectrum of emotions.
