The closing concert of the 29th International Sacred Music Festival will take place at Riga Cathedral, Riga, on 10 September 2026. The event will feature the State Academic Choir “Latvija”, the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra, soprano Ilze Grēvele-Skaraine, and conductor Jānis Liepiņš. Dedicated to composer Pēteris Vasks’ 80th anniversary, the program includes his works for mixed choir, symphony, and string orchestra, with a special premiere of the new opus "Ticība" for string orchestra and choir. The festival is supported by the State Culture Capital Foundation.
