ZIEMEĻVALSTU dienas: pilsētas plānošanas ideju prezentācijas is a closing event in Liepāja at Lielais Dzintars on 3 November 2026. The programme concludes the “Liepājas nākotnes rajonu izaicinājums” and awards the best concepts for developing urban areas. Architecture students from four Latvian higher-education institutions will present their ideas, while participants will work in teams on solutions for specific places in Liepāja. The three themes are attractive green public spaces, energy solutions for buildings and neighbourhoods, and bringing industrial areas into the city’s circulation.
