Trešais Gaujas Nacionālā parka bioreģiona forums is an annual forum in Valmiera, held at Koncertzāle “Valmiera” on 27 October 2026. The venue is at Pāvila Rozīša iela 10. This year’s central theme is sustainable tourism and the value it creates for a place. The programme will explore regenerative and slow tourism, new markets and tourism products, cooperation between entrepreneurs, and Level II of the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism. Organic and local food as part of the tourism experience will also be discussed. The forum brings together tourism and hospitality entrepreneurs, organic farmers and food producers, representatives of municipalities, communities, nature conservation and education, as well as others interested in the bioregion concept.
