Tikšanās ar literāti Leldi Jauju is a literary event in Daugavpils at the User Service Department of the Latgale Central Library, Rīgas iela 22A, on 15 October 2026. Lelde Jauja is the author of plays, short stories, novels and a collection of short prose. Her books include the novels „Vīrs, bērni un pieci randiņi” and „Pārēšanās ābece”, as well as „Šim stāstu krājumam es dodu četrarpus zvaigznes”. She has also written the children’s books „Superspējas un kāmīša spoks” and „Tās ir tikai superspējas”. The meeting will introduce her literary work and her view of writing as self-therapy, pleasure, self-discipline and the excitement of seeing a text published. Visitors may be photographed and filmed for publicity and historical purposes.
