ROW BALTICS 2026 is an international street art and urban culture festival created by street artist Dainis Rudens and hip-hop musician ansis. The event brings together street art, hip-hop, skateboarding, and creative workshops, focusing on the theme of "battle" as a form of creative competition and self-expression. The programme includes a large-scale mural painting led by Dainis Rudens with 30 Latvian and international artists, the "Best Trick Skate Jam" skateboard competition with Madars Apse, educational and creative workshops (including stencils, screen printing, typography, synthesizer and drum machine sessions, collaborative graffiti wall, and contemporary circus activities), the Baltic beatmaker competition hosted by hip-hop musician ansis, and a stage programme featuring various artists. The festival will turn Sarkandaugava into a one-day hub of urban culture and an open-air street art gallery.
