Spēlfilma TUMŠĀ ROBEŽA is a historical drama with action elements in Ogre, at the Great Hall of Ogres novada Kultūras centrs, from 13 November to 8 December 2026. In 1938, Latvian counterintelligence officer Baltais is sent on a secret mission to a border town. Disguised as journalist Ilmārs Blanks, he tries to recover information vital to state security and expose a Russian agent. The place is a narrow strip between two worlds, hiding the truth about the mysterious murder of the woman he loved. The film is in Latvian with English subtitles, runs for two hours and is recommended for ages 12 and up. Directed by Andrejs Ēķis, it stars Jēkabs Reinis, Vilis Daudziņš, Kaspars Zvīgulis, Kaspars Znotiņš, Santa Breikša and others.
