“Sēnes” is a popular-science and musical theatre show for children and adults in Riga, at Latvijas Leļļu teātris, from 8 November 2026 to 13 February 2027. Presented in the theatre’s Small Hall, the production explores mushroom foraging and the secrets of the forest through stories, music and humour. Audiences can step into the roles of mushrooms and learn about chanterelles, boletes and even mould. Pamela Butāne directs and designs the production; music is by Jānis Šipkēvics (Shipsea), lyrics by Marts Pujāts and choreography by Agate Bankava. The cast includes Anna Klišāne, Agris Nātre and Krists Jēkabsons. Audience rules follow those of the Latvian Puppet Theatre. Address: Kr. Barona 16/18, Riga.
