“Sarunas un grāmatas | Par mītiem| Vents Sīlis un Gatis Ezerkalns” is a discussion evening in Riga at the Zvaigzne ABC Cafe courtyard, K. Valdemāra iela 6, on 29 October 2026 at 18:00. The event marks the publication in Latvian of Stephen Fry’s book “Mīti. Ilustrēts izdevums”. Participants are Vents Sīlis, philosopher, sociologist and publicist, and Gatis Ezerkalns, a lecturer at the University of Latvia and author of “Ragana manā skapī”. The programme includes a moderated conversation and discussions about Ancient Greek myths, their figures and themes. The book was translated from English by Silvija Brice.
