Radošā domnīca “Runā. Ierosini. Maini.” is a creative discussion event taking place on 26 October 2026 in Daugavpils at Jauniešu centrs „Navigators”, Raiņa iela 69. From 16:30 to 18:30, young people aged 13–25 will discuss access to and reliability of information, the impact of social media and artificial intelligence, critical thinking and freedom of expression. The interactive programme includes introductory activities, discussions using the World Café method, collaborative solution-building, presentations and voting on ideas. The event concludes with participant awards and a joint activity. Discussions will be led by young people with experience in youth councils and student self-governments, supported by mentors Līga Springa and Gunita Vanaga.
