Pirmās skaņas is a chamber music concert taking place in Liepāja at Lielais Dzintars on 27 September 2026. The stage will welcome three renowned Montreal musicians—Sarah Neufeld, Richard Reed Parry, and Rebecca Foon—who have formed a chamber music trio. Neufeld and Parry are members of the Grammy-winning group Arcade Fire and also play with Bell Orchestre, while Foon is the co-founder of the chamber post-rock ensemble Esmerine and also performs as a solo artist with Saltland. This marks their first-ever joint concert in Latvia, highlighting Montreal’s vibrant scene that blends musical genres.
