Pavāra Ingmāra Ladiga gatavošanas meistarklase is a cooking workshop in Cēsu novads, held at Lejas ezers, Zaube in September 2026 as part of the Zaube Wild Culinary Festival. Participants can join in hands-on cooking, learn tips and secrets from professional chef Ingmārs Ladigs, and enjoy a menu featuring smoked venison tartare, potato pancakes with pork and lingonberries, and pan-fried pancakes with caramel and forest berries.
