The Liepāja City Municipality invites everyone to the park festival "Liepāja Without Barriers", taking place on Saturday, September 12, from 11:00 to 15:00 at Liepāja’s Seaside Park, opposite the children's playground. This event welcomes residents and visitors—families, people with disabilities, children, and people of all ages—to gather, enjoy active leisure, and experience a day where everyone is valued and included. The central idea of the festival is to promote an inclusive society where diversity is appreciated, and all participants can join in a variety of activities. The event program will feature four thematic zones: sound, touch, scent, and movement. Entry is free and open to everyone. The festival is organized by the Liepāja City Municipality in cooperation with events agency SIA “Šarmants”, and was created as a result of public voting within the Liepāja City Municipality’s 2025 Participatory Budget.
