Liepājas Simfoniskā orķestra 146. sezonas atklāšanas koncerts is a classical music concert taking place in Liepāja at Lielais Dzintars on 19 September 2026. The concert features cellist Daniel Müller-Schott, the Liepāja Symphony Orchestra, and conductor Guntis Kuzma. The programme includes Antonín Dvořák’s Cello Concerto, Arthur Honegger’s Symphony Liturgique, and the premiere of Juris Karlsons’s orchestral work "Saules lēktā". This season opening concert marks a return of the internationally recognized cellist and presents both renowned symphonic repertoire and a new Latvian composition.
