Lekciju cikls: “Zinošs dzīvokļa īpašnieks – stipra mājas kopība” is a four-part educational lecture series in Liepāja at Valters Library, running from 15 October to 26 November 2026. The lectures focus on housing management and are led by Dace Vārna, a master of law, chair of the board of the Mājoklis association and director of the Force Lex property-management education institution. She will share her experience, summarise established knowledge, outline new trends and answer questions submitted by participants. Sessions take place on 15 and 29 October and 12 and 26 November.
