Lekcija “Finanšu pratība ikdienā” is a lecture in Ogre at Ogres Central Library on 26 October 2026, from 16:00 to 18:00. Organised by the Latvian Red Cross as part of the “Cilvēcības tilts” project, it covers planning everyday expenses, building savings and using bank saving tools such as krājrīks. The session also explains how to recognise fraudulent calls, text messages and emails, and how to use a bank card, online banking and personal data safely. Practical examples relevant to seniors will be discussed, drawing on information from Latvijas Banka, CERT.LV and other official sources. The lecture will be led by Līga Sičeva.
