The documentary play “GAIŠĀS NAKTIS” takes place in Liepāja at the Great Hall of the Lielais Dzintars concert hall from 4 November 2026 to 14 January 2027. Directed by Kristīne Brīniņa, with dramaturgy by Henriks Eliass Zēgners, it tells the story of three young people who end up in prison and face the challenges of coming of age behind bars. The production explores what leads to crisis and crime, the inner processes of inmates, and society’s understanding. The cast includes Valts Skuja, Kārlis Artejevs, Artūrs Irbe, Hugo Puriņš and Madara Kalna. Suitable for teenagers and adults; not recommended for children under 13. The “Čello” bar opens on the 7th floor one hour before each performance.
