Festivāls ZAĻĀ NAKTS is a festival at Nekurzeme, Latvia, on 1 April 2027. It is designed as a participatory event where everyone’s involvement matters, with a focus on community building, diversity, accessibility and respect. The programme includes open discussions welcoming different experiences and viewpoints, a song community where singing together matters more than perfect notes, and dance workshops centred on freedom of movement for visitors of all abilities. Conversation benches encourage spontaneous, meaningful exchanges between visitors. Through these activities, the festival creates an environment of participation and belonging where everyone can feel included.
