Fermentēšanas garšu meistarklase is a food and drink workshop at Mālpils Kultūras centrs in Mālpils on 15 October 2026. Starting at 18:30, Latvian hostess Rūta Beirote from “Rūta meklē garšu” will introduce participants to simple and successful basics of fermenting vegetables. The programme includes tasting a variety of fermented vegetables, learning the essentials of the fermentation process and preparing your own first jar of fermented vegetables. All materials needed for the workshop will be provided.
