Ekharta Kūpa humoristiskā lekcija “Tēvs uz pilnu slodzi” takes place on 30 October 2026 at Inčukalna Tautas nams in Inčukalns, beginning at 19:00. Aimed at expectant and current parents, it explores how to avoid losing yourself in the demands of raising children while keeping your sanity and relationship with your partner. Ekharts Kūps, a father of three and organiser of camps for children and young people, presents his own view of contemporary parenting. This is a humorous lecture about everyday parenthood, not an academically authoritative or officially accredited event; the methods offered are an experiment. Its main purpose is to give parents a chance to breathe in, breathe out, laugh and relax.
