28. Starptautiskais Ledus skulptūru festivāls Jelgavā “PASAULES KARNEVĀLS” is an ice sculpture festival in Jelgava, at Pasta sala, on 7 February 2027. Across the festival area, including the open-air concert venue “Mītava” and the skating rink, visitors will see more than 60 ice objects, including 45 competition sculptures. The programme includes ice sculptors’ demonstrations, light and fire shows, ice games, zumba, creative activities and entertainment for children. “Otra puse” and “The Sound Poets” will perform on the “Mītava” stage. A hospitality zone with a market, photo sculptures and circus performances will operate on Jāņa Čakstes boulevard. After dark, the sculptures will glow in colourful lights. The day ticket allows repeated entry on the selected festival day; children under seven enter free.
